AGM Minutes of meeting 2015
The Annual General Meeting in Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA was held today Thursday 23 April 2015.
The Annual General Meeting adopted the board's proposal to distribute a dividend of NOK 3.00 per share. The shares will be traded ex dividend Friday 24 April 2015.
